Are all providers verified?
Yes, all providers listed on our directory go through a verification process. Only providers with "approved" status are visible in the public directory. Pending providers are reviewed by our admin team before being approved.
How do I contact a provider?
Each provider profile includes contact information including phone, email, and website. You can also use the contact form on each provider page to send an enquiry directly through our platform.
How do I register as a provider?
Click on "Register" in the navigation menu and fill out the registration form. After creating your account, you can complete your provider profile. Your listing will be reviewed by our admin team before being published.
Is there a cost to list my services?
Currently, listing your services on the NDIS Service Finder is free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but basic listings will remain free.
How long does verification take?
Verification typically takes 2-5 business days. Our admin team reviews each provider profile to ensure accuracy and compliance with our standards.
Can I update my provider profile?
Yes, once logged in, you can access your dashboard to edit and update your provider profile at any time. Changes may be reviewed by our admin team if significant.

Required information includes business name, services offered, support categories, and contact details. Optional information includes description, location details, website, and images.
